Position Overview

Fluent Trade Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will play a critical role in steering the company’s financial strategy and operations as we continue to expand our market presence in the competitive financial technology sector. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multi-tax jurisdiction operations and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s business plan, financial model, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee global operations
• Oversee vendor payments, tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing processes.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly financial reports to the board of directors.
• Formulate and implement pricing models and strategies for Fluent’s products.
• Collaborate with external service providers on payroll, pensions, and annual reports.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage operational aspects of global operations.
• Oversee invoicing and receivables management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 7 years experience as CFO is a must.
• Proven experience in the software industry with a strong background in financial management.
• Proficient in English, with experience working with US and EU markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in pricing software, including project cost analysis, internal and external cost considerations, and customer expectation research.
• Experience with investor relations and due diligence, as well as a background in the financial industry and SaaS. Experience living or working in the EU or US is also preferred.

Location The position is based in Jerusalem, near the central train and bus station.
