Join Engineering Microsegmentation Team!

You will Lead a high-performing team of developers designing and building the core of our backend platform.

As a Platform Team Lead, you will be responsible for-

• Guiding your team to achieve progressive goals through strategic direction and mentorship
• Champion innovative features and projects, collaborating closely with Product, UX, and R&D leader
• Developing and Architect complex product scenarios leveraging cutting-edge infrastructure.
• Fostering a thriving team culture that drives continuous improvement for both the team and the company.
• Leading technical design for the policy domain, ensuring robust and secure segmentation.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 5+ years of backend development experience with a proven track record of leading teams (of 5+ developers)
• Have experience delivering features end-to-end, from conception to implementation.
• Have a Pro-active & positive mentality.
• Have B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.
• Demonstrate proactive, positive, and results-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
