Technical and Marketing Content Writer in International Technology of Road Construction

We are seeking a skilled and talented content writer to join our team for a role that combines technical writing and marketing content creation in the field of road construction, with our unique international technology. The position involves producing detailed and professional technical documents alongside creative marketing content for social media.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Content Writing:

• Develop original and engaging technical-marketing content for social media, including posts, articles, and success stories.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
• Front face for engineer leads from all platforms and campaigns
• Get to know and filter potential engineers for engineering department
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on the effectiveness of marketing content.

Technical Content Writing:

• Create comprehensive guides, technical documents, and detailed engineering specifications in the field of road construction technology
• Edit and maintain existing technical documentation and manage extensive organizational knowledge base.
• Collaborate closely with engineering team to ensure accuracy and professionalism in the content.

Communication and Localization:

• Retention activities for our existing engineer’s community (newsletter, webinars etc.)
• Edit and maintain company website
• Localize content for our countries of activity

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and technical content writing, preferably in civil engineering.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing time and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with word processing software and social media platforms (FB, Instagram).
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
