You'll be at the forefront of driving our growth by crafting and launching innovative campaigns to attract new customers across diverse marketing channels. This dynamic role involves diving deep into user behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to supercharge user growth and maximize our return on investment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on campaign building and management
• Daily activity management, monitoring of results and optimization: Ads, assets, negative, SQR
• Work with tight monthly goals
• Expanding the activity (keywords, ads, campaigns) regularly based on sports events and with optimization needs
• Weekly & Monthly reporting as requested

Qualifications

• B.A/BSc in relevant field
• 2+ years of experience with B2C performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads - Must
• High Level of English is a MUST, Portuguese / German /Spanish - is a great advantage
• Deep understanding of the conversion-rate-optimization strategies and AB testing methodologies
• Experience in managing a 6-digit monthly budget (USD) - Must
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and technical ability.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry - Big Advantage
• Ability to work on global campaigns in several languages and different goals
• High project-management skills with strong self-executing abilities
• Passion for Football and other Sports - Advantage
