We are under stealth startup specislizing in seeds priming. We are searching for a dedicated brilliant experinced CTO who will be a part of the prime stakeholder.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CTO at AgroPlasmatech located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. The CTO will be responsible for our plasma machine designated for seeds priming, software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, product development, and overseeing technology operations.

Qualifications

Mechanics or Robotics or Hardware

• Development and Product Development skills
• Project Management and IT Strategy skills
• Architecture expertise
• Demonstrated experience in leading IT teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to innovate and drive technological advancements
• Experience in the Mechanics, agriculture or biotechnology industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanics, Robotics or related field
