To utilize most automated steps of CR product generation. This includes generation, update, QC, and release of bulk disease models, end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Update disease models
- Build new disease models with existing prior
- Support customer-specific requests
- Participate in UAT
- Master in life science \ bachelor biotech engineer\biomed engineer\biostatistician or similar
- Knowledge in Biology and Statistics
- 1 year of experience in a similar role in the industry
- Independent
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Bachelor/Masters in bioinformatics
- Coding skills R/Python/SQL
