Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate service projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT support teams, project stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT support processes and procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support services by identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  
  

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution. Worked with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of PC hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SOX and user life cycle compliance knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  
  

• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Certifications in IT support or project management.
