Technical Writer - Part time Freelancer position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer for a part-time basis (40%) position.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to create high-quality documentation that will help customers and managed service providers (MSPs) better understand and utilize our software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user guides, product documentation, whitepapers and technical articles on relevant product topics.
• Improve in-app content to ensure it is clear, concise and accessible to target users
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Research teams to gather the necessary information.
• Continuously improve and update documents to reflect the evolving product features and customer needs.
  
  

• Proven experience in technical writing for B2B software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
