Local Tech Support Specialist

We are looking for a Local Tech Support Specialist to join our Operation Department

Core mission

As technical support at Gett's IL operation, you will assist end-users, operation and R&D with their technical needs and provide customer service needs. This includes direct communication with end-users via email/phone.

Responsibilities:

• Providing end-to-end support to Gett employees, customers, and suppliers
• Investigate and solve technical problems
• Responsibility for production system configuration.
• Solving complex problems by working closely with developers, QA and other technical personas.
• Lead and manage internal and local projects involving system configuration and cross business units coordination.
  
  

• Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment.
• Proactive and open-minded with high problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Excel - required.
• Strong technical English language skills - required.
• Motivated self-learner.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
• Experience working in a microservices architecture - advantage
• Experience working with Mobile, Web, and Back end technologies - advantage
• Experience with SQL - advantage
