Mechanical Engineer – Development of Electromechanical and Electrohydraulic Systems

Location: Hybrid, with travel to Ramat Yishai twice a week.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead or assist in the development of electromechanical and electrohydraulic systems for military applications. The role involves designing, developing, documenting, and testing subsystems. Responsibilities include supporting prototype builds, solving product/process issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in the development of electromechanical and electrohydraulic systems.
• Design, analyze, and test components and subsystems.
• Support prototype builds, planning, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address design non-conformances and optimize integration.
• Prepare schematics, diagrams, drawings, and reports.
• Participate in program reviews and technical evaluations.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required due to regulatory requirements and communication with U.S. government entities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience with CAD software such as Pro Engineer (CREO), AutoCAD, ANSYS is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes.
• Experience with military systems or standards is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English is required.
