Requirements:

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our collaborative team to coordinate & implement our email marketing campaigns & strategies for maternity cover.

In this role, you’ll create, implement & launch email marketing campaigns in our Marketing Automation Platform Marketo and create processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.

You are ideal for this position if you are passionate about marketing, you have a good understanding of technology, and have outstanding project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, reporting, etc.
• Work with several teams and departments within the company to develop and align email marketing campaign flows and marketing goals.
• Create reports and provide insights to increase the productivity of our email marketing efforts.
• Understand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the enrichment, scoring and assignment of leads
• Optimize and develop marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, lead scoring, etc.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience working in a B2B environment with CRM, marketing automation tools and 3rd party data tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Zoominfo etc).
• Experience with Marketo – an advantage.
• Outstanding project management skills
• Self-starter can work independently and proactively to resolve issues.
• Positive attitude, and growth mindset to be curious about what works, what doesn’t and why.
• Can analyze, track performance, and optimize to follow the growth marketing KPIs and targets.
• English speaker.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• This is a temporary position for maternity cover.
