Product Manager

365Scores, developer and operator of online products for sports fans around the world, is looking for a talented, creative and hard working product manager, who knows their way around sports as well as specification docs and prototypes.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about what different customers really need, is passionate about user experience and is also a capable project manager. Responsibilities:

• Own the full product cycle, from requirements to version releases . Define KPIs and actively measure performance to measure and improve engagement with our products
• Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends
• Lead the roadmap execution. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long ­term. Build trust with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap
• Manage requirements & collaborate with Design, Dev, BI & Content/Marketing teams to ship the best products in the online sports industry. We win or lose as a team. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job
• Utilise user data and research to build insights and new hypotheses, ensuring we’re always learning and improving, and always represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of our users. Bring the sports fans’ voice into the creation process
• Make sure things happen - as a product manager you’ll be responsible to bring the whole production process of new features and products to the finish line - And make sure it happens in the most efficient way with the best possible result
  
  

• 2+ years or relevant experience with managing mobile/web products with rich interfaces and complex data processes
• The ability to work autonomously. You are able to define your own work priorities and processes.
• The ability to write clear product specifications, build wireframes & prototypes, conduct user interviews and perform market research independently
• The ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines. Things change fast in a startup so you’ll need to take responsibility and think on your feet to make sure you’re keeping up
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
• You’re a go-getter with a proven ability to deliver on commitments. You do whatever it takes to deliver
