Knowledge Management coordinator- student position

Solargik is looking for part-time Knowledge Management Coordinator, to join our fast-growing team. This is a part time position, 10-15 hours a week, preferably divided into 3 days.

What will YOU do?

Day-to-Day handling of knowledge management tasks such as formal document releases, action item creation and follow-up, etc.

Training & assisting internal teams in the use of knowledge management systems.

Ad-hoc tasks to assist product managers and engineering with data and documents.

Managing action items for cyber security, quality and other areas.

What will YOU bring with you?

Capability to function in a highly technical environment including software and mechanical systems.

Organization skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow-up and encourage others to complete tasks.

Languages: Highly competent in English and Hebrew

Work environment including technical discussions in Hebrew.

Written material is in English.

Microsoft office proficiency.

Advantages:

Familiarity with JIRA or other project/software development management tools.

Two years remaining in your studies.
