WRAI is looking for a strong Marketing Manager based in Israel to join the team.

Location: On-Site. Netanya , ISRAEL.

Compensation: Base Salary + KPI Bonuses

WRAI (Welcome Repatriates to Israel) is a specialized service provider dedicated to assisting individuals in obtaining Israeli citizenship and repatriation. As the Marketing Manager at WRAI (World Repatriation Agency Israel), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves managing all digital and offline marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the sales team, and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping the company's marketing direction, leveraging data to optimize campaigns, and positioning WRAI as a leader in the repatriation and immigration services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, creative approach to driving results.

• Full-Time Shifts: This position requires working full-time shifts, including evening hours, to accommodate our clients across different time zones.
• *The working days are from Sunday to Thursday. Without Friday and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility globally.
• Manage all digital marketing channels (website, social media, email, etc.) to drive lead generation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content including ads, brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Track and report performance metrics of marketing initiatives, optimizing for better results.
• Coordinate public relations activities, including press releases, media contacts, and event participation.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Analytical skills for predicting and identifying trends and challenges - mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in immigration, legal, or global service industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and budgets effectively.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Topvi444 Yandex Metrica, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
