Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and punctual Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our production department, the ultimate candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders, adhering to company standards and protocols. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining meticulous records, and upholding quality assurance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare labels and verify details to ensure alignment with work orders and batch numbers.
• Pack and prepare orders following company standards and protocols.
• Prepare kits for bottle labels and raw materials in accordance with work orders.
• Ensure verification of necessary paperwork for QA/QC.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Work in compliance with production standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA/QC and Logistics.
