What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers in developing cutting-edge solutions using Java, AWS, and Angular.
• Architect and design scalable cloud services that are highly available, secure, and performant.
• Drive innovation by working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Be the key decision-maker on technology and architecture choices, leading our transition to modern cloud-native solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of software development experience with expertise in Java, AWS.
• Full stack is a major advantage.
• Proven leadership experience in driving teams and projects to success.
• Hands-on experience in building and managing large-scale, cloud-native applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Eager to work in a young, spirited team that values both technical excellence and work-life balance.
