We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and implement OPEX processes as an integral member of our site leadership team.
You will develop and advance the OPEX strategy at our site to reduce losses, waste, and inefficiencies in production and operations areas.
This role involves coordinating and leading advanced projects for the integration of digital capabilities and solutions across different units.
You will work with multiple interfaces both locally and internationally, driving the implementation of conclusions on the ground.
Location: Haifa, Sunday to Thursday, 08:00-17:00
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering – required.
- Very high level of English – required.
- Personal independence, leadership, and management skills.
- Experience in crisis management and problem-solving with creative solutions.
- High learning abilities.
- Experience in implementing improvement methods and leading/executing projects for manufacturing improvement – a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with performance management and improvement methodologies such as SIX SIGMA and KAIZEN – a significant advantage.
