Job Description

As Manufacturing Manager you will manage a large production unit and its related processes and staff, to deliver products against lowest cost, according to planning and quality requirements. you will analys production results and define the short-term manufacturing policy within the constraints of the industrial strategy. Define programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. Prepare manufacturing operation- and investment plans; lead plans to reduce costs. Ensure there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels. Supervise, select, develop, coach and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient manufacturing.

Your role:

• On-time deliveries of the department’s products to customers, according to the production plan
• Using LEAN approach for driving improvement of the manufacturing processes, means and tools
• Leading production department teams toward operational excellence
• Manufacturing capacity and flexibility
• Working with engineering teams to ensure smooth adaption of new technologies to production
• Driving improvement in quality and reliability of the products
• Compliance with all relevant safety/regulatory/environment procedures
• Creating team work environment and continues employee’s skills improvement
  
  

• B.A. in Industry and Management or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience as production leader or relevant leadership roles in operations
• At least 3 years of experience in people managing/senior leadership positions
• Experience in high regulation environment
• High level of English skills
