About the role:

• Professional and personal management, leading a team of software testers working within Agile teams

• Responsible for leading the testing of card and payment systems, including participation in all relevant ceremonies

• Ensuring quality standards, scope, and timelines of testing processes

• Managing interfaces regarding testing with project managers, development teams, and business stakeholders in the organization

• Developing and training team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing

• 2+ years of experience managing a software testing team

• Knowledge of managing testing processes within the AGILE methodology

• A bachelor's degree in information systems/software engineering or another relevant degree is a significant advantage

• Knowledge and experience in test automation processes are a strong advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills for motivating employees and managing complex interfaces

• Ability to make quality decisions, problem-solving skills, creativity, and flexible thinking

• Personal initiative and a proactive approach

• Performance and results-oriented
