Full Stack Data Scientist

In this Role, You Will:

• Lead research initiatives to deliver product-driven experiences utilizing data science methodologies and cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle — from breaking down product requirements into solvable problems to deploying production-quality solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, BE and FS engineering teams to integrate scalable AI solutions into our app.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by defining and establishing metrics for evaluating model performance, including accuracy, bias, and real-time responsiveness.

You’ll be a Great Fit If You Have:

• A M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in non-academic settings, ideally with a focus on Large Language Models, NLP, or Speech Processing.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong software engineering skills.

It’s a Plus If You Have:

• Hands-on experience in modern generative AI models, prompt engineering, multi-agents, and RAG architectures.
• Experience in developing conversational systems.
• Productizing data labeling and validation pipelines, with external products (like Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth, Labelbox, Snorkel) or internally developed solutions.
