Senior Product Management Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Management Specialist to join us at Honeywell inIsrael, Petah Tikva.

Honeywell is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager with a passion for developing customer-centric products. In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing our cutting-edge Cyber Security platform. You will oversee the product lifecycle from start to finish, collaborating closely with our R&D teams to design the next generation of innovative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product release roadmap, guiding R&D teams through development and testing stages.
• Develop detailed product requirements that meet customer needs.
• Design wireframes and user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Conduct technical evaluations of the product, market trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers to drive sales and upsell opportunities. Train the client management team on new products and participate in product rollouts.
  
  

Key Skills And Qualifications

• BSc or BA in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and networking, including knowledge of threat scenarios and defense mechanisms (experience with OT security is a plus).
• Proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of specifying and delivering high-quality products. Experience writing product requirements or user scenarios within the product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with systems and networking, with a solid understanding of technical networking concepts. Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Experience in working with Global multi-cultural companies an advantage.
