Role Description

This is a full-time onsite Automation manager & CS role in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves designing and developing creative materials using Fuga's automation software and providing top-tier customer service to clients. The Automation manager & CS is essential to Fuga's mission of streamlining marketing collateral production and boosting retail companies' results worldwide.

Qualifications

• Graphic design skills, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (INDD an advantage): 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a B2B setting - a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience with automation software or CRM systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is required
