Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that clearly communicate our product’s value to users. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and customers, to ensure our product propositions are marketable, clear, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Marketing Assets: Collaborate with the design team to create marketing assets such as pop-ups, banners, landing pages, etc., and track their performance.
• Develop Marketable Solutions: Translate product features into clear, compelling market propositions that resonate with the target audience.
• Copywriting: Produce engaging, persuasive content, including website copy, product descriptions, emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other internal teams to execute marketing plans.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviours, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Lead and manage content development for newsletters and webinars, ensuring clear, concise, and informative communication that engages the audience.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Native-level English – Must: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion and Knowledge in Capital Markets – Must: A strong interest in and understanding of capital markets and the financial industry.
• 1-3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in product marketing or similar marketing roles.
• Copywriting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-quality content across various platforms.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
