System Specialist - 5085

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT team at a leading security company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT systems, including networks, routers, and servers, in medium to large environments. The role requires in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in managing complex systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows servers and virtual environments.
• Operate and manage communication networks, including routers, switches, and other communication equipment.
• Design and implement advanced network solutions and communication infrastructures.
• Monitor and control IT systems and servers, identify and resolve issues.
• Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and cloud environments.
• Maintain backup and data recovery systems.
• Lead technological projects and upgrade existing systems.
• Work closely with development and support teams to provide technological solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a Windows environment and network management – mandatory.
• Security clearance – a significant advantage.
• Deep familiarity with Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Experience in managing and operating communication networks, including routers, switches, and network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Knowledge and experience working with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience in managing backup and data recovery systems (such as Veeam, Backup Exec).
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Project management skills and ability to work in a team.
