Credit product manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in credit (either working in bank, sales or analysis) to join our team. You will lead the credit product strategy for our business clients, ensuring that we offer innovative and competitive credit solutions to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Credit Product Strategy: Define and execute the credit product roadmap for business clients, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Demand Generation & Management: Develop and manage demand across all sales channels, including the initiation, evaluation, and launch of new credit products.
• Marketing and Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Partnership Development: Initiate and lead strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders to expand product offerings, ensuring feasibility, pricing, and profitability.
• Annual Planning: Build and implement annual work plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor the market and competition continuously, leveraging insights and data to adapt and improve products and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit management (sales or analysis) within financial services, preferably focusing on business clients.
• Strong marketing orientation with a demonstrated ability to drive business development and lead successful product initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with excellent business, strategic, and financial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and creatively, with a high level of motivation and ambition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing partnerships and working with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
