Sales Manager -Israel Based

Job Description: Sales manager to join the Sales team in Israel and take responsibility for customers and new leads in Europe and around the world. Working directly with customers or through distributors and agents. The job requires a very technical orientation, to be able to understand the customer’s challenges and how Civan’s lasers can help overcome them.

Responsibilities:

·        Sales activities

•   Ownership of leads from first contact trough sale and post-sale

•   Meetings with customers through on-site visits and web meetings

•   Follow ups with potential customer / leads

•   Technical discussions with the customer on possible solutions using Civan lasers

·        Marketing Activities

•   Market research

•   Preparation of materials (presentations, white papers etc.)

•   Participation in exhibitions

•   Participation/presentation at conferences

Requirements:

• Very strong technical understanding / B.Sc. in Engineering a plus but not a must
• Ability to self-study technical material - mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong Team player
• Excellent level of English both spoken and written – must. Other languages an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad intensively (up to twice a month)
• When in Israel – working from Jerusalem office at least 3 days a week
