What you will be doing:

1. Be responsible for the LENS architecture and system competitiveness: Design a LENS architecture solution that outperforms the industry in terms of size, power consumption, performance, cost, simplicity, and mass production. Develop an innovative LENS architecture to build comprehensive competitiveness of the LENS system and continuously lead the industry.

2. Be responsible for the normalization of the lens design: Design the LENS architecture solution that can be reused and shared, and ensure that one lens solution can be used by two generations or more products.

3. Be responsible for building technical breakpoint in the LENS domain: Design advanced architecture LENS solutions, turn advanced solutions into Huawei's technical breakpoints through patents and technology exclusiveness, plan and write killer patents, and ensure that Huawei's advanced LENS solutions are at least one to two years ahead of the industry

Requirements:

1. More than 10 years of experience in designing the optical system of high-end mobile phone lenses, including but not limited to optical design, simulation, and stray light capabilities oriented to the final effect and engineering yield.

2. Be able to innovate optical architectures, apply new materials, and verify new materials. Experience in solving major lens design and production problems is preferred.

3. Worker in the industry's leading manufacturers is preferred.
