Product Manager

An industry backed, fast growing company providing single wallet white label casino & sportsbook solution via mobile, tablet and PC is searching for a Product Manager.

The company already has more than 60 well-established partners in the casino and sportsbook vertical. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel and Bulgaria, the company is in a fantastic position to continue its rapid global growth.

As the company's product manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the development and execution of technology-driven products. You understand the impact you’ll have on ensuring alignment between engineering teams and business requirements, playing one of the most vital roles in the Company for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the timeline, milestones, and features of the product, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
• Collaborating with stakeholders, the product owner, customers, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering teams, product designers, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective coordination throughout the product development lifecycle and product launch
• Conducting market and competitive analysis by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, anticipate market changes, and make informed product decisions
• Providing leadership and guidance, acting as a subject matter expert, and advocating for the product’s vision while making critical decisions to resolve conflicts that may arise
• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
• Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
• Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
• Assess and address technical risks.
• Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
• Coordinate beta tests.
• Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation, including user manuals and PRDs.
  
  

• 3+ years Product Management (gambling/gaming is advantage).
• Technical orientation is an advantage.
• Experience delivering successful front-end/backend product(s), while owning vision, strategy, data and execution of that product line.
• Prior start-up experience or an entrepreneurial mentality validated by success within unstructured environments, a rapid integration mindset, and a clear affinity for the customer.
• An excellent team builder. Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement development processes, resource planning, metrics, and documentation
• Ability to unblocks systemic blockers for direct reports and the business.
