Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Operations to build and lead our Operations unit that will include Technical Account Management, AdOps/TechOps, Professional Services, and Business Analysis teams. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence across our global ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile AdTech industry, a strong technical orientation, and a proven track record in similar roles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the company to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the successful execution of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics, implement tools and processes to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting across operational functions.
• Leadership & Management: Build and scale the Operations unit, including defining the structure, roles, and responsibilities. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance within the teams.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies that optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive results. Define and implement effective working methodologies that enhance team productivity and collaboration. Oversee the successful execution of client engagements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Methodologies & KPI Development: Establish and enforce standardized processes and best practices across operational teams. Develop and implement a robust system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to align on product development, go-to-market strategies, and client needs.
• Programmatic & Technical Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge in programmatic advertising to guide operational decisions and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in a senior operations role within the mobile AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising industry.
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, including technologies, platforms, and best practices.
• Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills, with a track record of using analytics to inform strategy and operations.
• Strong technical orientation
• Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in a global ecosystem.
• Experience in defining and implementing working methodologies and KPI systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
