System Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our innovative team in the security technology sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting marketing efforts, defining technical requirements, and driving system architecture to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical concepts and solutions, and draft technical proposals aligned with customer specifications.
• Define, analyze, and document system requirements, producing detailed requirement specifications.
• Translate system-level requirements into technical specifications for various engineering disciplines.
• Lead the design and architecture of systems, defining key components, and drafting product specifications.
• Work closely with the development team throughout the project lifecycle, participating in design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and system validation for hardware, firmware, software, mechanics, algorithms, and optics.
• Plan, execute, and oversee experiments, measurements, and final testing phases for development models (POD).
• Lead and manage quality assurance tests for the product.
• Provide technical leadership for projects, including customer support and involvement in system-level testing and integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary system development.
• Strong system-level understanding and experience in writing detailed specification and requirements documents.
• Demonstrated expertise in system architecture design, leading engineering reviews, and managing testing processes.
• Experience with electro-mechanical-optical systems is a plus.
• Previous experience working with military systems is an advantage.
