Position Announcement: ERP Department Manager
Location: Offices, Holon and Tel Aviv
Position Type: Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday, with flexibility for additional hours
Department: Information Systems Management Division, IT and Communications Division
Job Description:
- Department Management: Oversee and manage the ERP department.
- ERP System Replacement Project: Lead and manage the complex ERP system replacement project, including both technological and organizational aspects.
- Project Teams: Direct multiple project teams in technological areas, including implementation, processes, and integration stages.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage both the project budget and the annual department budget.
- Tender Preparation and Supplier Contracts: Assist in preparing tenders and managing agreements with suppliers.
- System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the ongoing operation and support of both existing and new systems.
- Internal Service: Provide internal support to users of the existing and new systems.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional duties as required and directed by the direct supervisor, the Director of the Information Systems Management Division.
Requirements:
- Academic Degree: Required. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management is preferred.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in managing, developing, implementing, and integrating large information systems is required. Experience with ERP system implementation is a significant advantage.
- Information Systems Experience: At least 10 years of experience in information systems, including project management, system analysis, etc., is required.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing implementation teams, development teams, and technological infrastructure teams is required.
- Complex Systems Analysis: Ability to analyze and implement complex systems, cross-organizational business processes, and system interfaces.
- English Proficiency: High-level English is required.
