• Location: Tel Aviv, 4 days in-office 
• Small, agile startup with established foundation and growth aspirations.

revolutionizing the way we interact with technology by developing cutting-edge Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) solutions. Using real-time EEG monitoring, the innovative platform lets users control video games—like a soccer simulation—through the power of thought, unlocking new possibilities in athletic training and neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a development team of 5 (2 in Israel, 3 in Russia).
• Manage internal teams and external service providers (e.g., studios).
• Contribute 30% hands-on work (architecture, code reviews); potentially less if an effective leader.
• Ensure timely product delivery.

Tech Stack: C#, Unity, React, Node.js (Web), AWS.

Qualifications:

• Senior developer with 4+ years of experience and at least 1+ years of management.
• Strong English skills (Russian is a plus).
• Driven and growth-oriented.
• Capable of leading, generating, and implementing ideas.
• Hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
