MindCare is a fast-growing mental health startup with an expanding client base and strong sales. We’re looking for the missing puzzle piece – someone to take charge of our marketing and social media, drive growth, and become an integral part of something big.

This is an opportunity to lead, make an impact, and build a strong brand in a developing and meaningful market.

• Managing marketing and social media – creating strategies, running paid campaigns, and handling organic marketing on Google and social platforms.
• Strengthening the brand and driving growth.
• Collaborating with the business development team and launching new projects.
• Starting as a part-time position at our Tel Aviv office, with the potential for quick growth into a full-time role and a hybrid work option later on.

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns – a must.
• Strong knowledge of SEO & PPC (Google, Meta, etc.) – a must.
• Creative mindset with excellent writing skills in Hebrew (ability to tell a story and connect with the audience) – a must.
• Experience in design and content editing – an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hunger for success, and the drive to take full ownership of the marketing domain.
