Cross Company Project Manager

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the Universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

As a project manager, you will work closely with the CTO and VP R&Ds to lead cross-company initiatives, playing a key role in ensuring that our business complies with various external regulations and technology standards across the organization.

This position requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of tech requirements, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to uphold the highest standards and ensure project execution .

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to ensure technical alignment and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and achieve common goals across different departments and game studios
• Work closely with 3rd party partners and vendors to ensure compliance with their requirements and specifications
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
• Monitoring the organization's data processing activities to ensure ongoing compliance and conducting internal audits to identify potential gaps.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and addressing process bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality . This involves analyzing existing workflows, implementing streamlined processes, and recommending automation or technology enhancements.
  
  

• Extensive background (5+) in managing technical projects and a strong comprehension of technical details and their implications
• Proven experience in engaging and leading teams in a matrix environment and with external stakeholders, even without direct authority
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, in fluent English
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to facilitate /guide meetings effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage
