How You’ll Spend Your Day

• תמיכה מקצועית בתהליכי קבלת סחורה
• ביצוע תהליכי בקרת והבטחת איכות על תהליכי התאמות אריזה.
• הגשת אצוות לשחרור QP ושחרור.
• תמיכה בפעילויות בית המרקחת : מתן מענה לפניות מטופלים, מעקב אחר אישורים, תיאום משלוחים, הזמנת תרופות למלאי בית המרקחת.
• ארגון ותפעול ימי עיון במערך הרוקחות והבטחת האיכות.
• משימות נוספות כגון: כתיבת ועדכון נהלים, הדרכות, דיווח ומעקב אחר מדדים, תחקירים, ניהול סיכונים, מבדקים, בקרות שינוי, בקרות מערך ה GDP, מעקב אחר תלונות איכות ותופעות לוואי וכדומה.
• משימות נוספות לפי צרכי המחלקה
• שעות עבודה 7-16 ומשמרות ערב עפ"י צורך
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• תואר ראשון בתחום המדעים- חובה
• ניסיון קודם בהבטחת איכות ו/או בבית מסחר לתרופות – יתרון
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית - חובה
• הסמכה לעריכת מבדקים-יתרון משמעותי
• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ , בסביבה דינאמית ומשתנה ומול ממשקי עבודה מרובים
• שליטה וניסיון בניתוח והצגת נתונים בכלים מחשוביים בדגש על תוכנות Office - יתרון
• נכונות לשעות נוספות
