Penlink is looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Temporary position, maternity leave replacement) to join our team and bring creative ideas to life. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a variety of marketing materials for both digital and print, as well as creating branded 3D structures for physical events. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of graphic design principles, excellent technical skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral such as banners, brochures, infographics, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Develop innovative, branded 3D designs for physical conference structures, including stands, kiosks, booths, and showrooms.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing and the broader marketing department to create high-impact digital and print materials that support brand objectives.
• Produce visually compelling designs that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively drive marketing goals.
  
  

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally within a Hi-Tech or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Proven experience designing for websites, products, brochures, and a variety of marketing materials.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of other design programs is a plus.
• Expertise in creating visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for marketing and sales purposes.
• Ability to manage and execute design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• A team player with strong attention to detail, technical design skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
