We, the cyber security group in Cognyte, are building a new and exciting next-gen platform for Threat Hunting and Cyber Investigation. We use cutting-edge technologies to collect and combine unique data from various sources to allow the development of cyber oriented advanced analytics and swift investigation of advanced cyber-attacks.

We are looking for a talented Manual QA Engineer that will be part of our talented E2E testing team.

As a QA Engineer, you will:

• Responsibility for cyber security system testing and quality.
• Writing test documents, such as STD and ATP and Running manual tests cases
• Identifying issues and opening bugs using specific tools
• Analyzing and understanding quality risks
• Participating in all QA activities throughout the product life cycle
• Working closely with the development teams, architecture, product to create high quality deliverables.
• Take end-to-end responsibility of the quality and work independently
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as an QA engineer in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques
• Experience with the JIRA or equivalent tool
• Experience with Linux/ Kubernetes/ SQL/Networking - big advantage
• Knowledge in Python or any other programming language - big advantage
• Team player, ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem - solving skills
