ThetaRay is looking for collections specialist- part time to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the complete collection process to ensure payments are received timely
• Communicate directly with clients regarding past due accounts via phone, email to secure payments
• Provide client status updates/estimates
• Proactively interact with customers and internal business units to resolve outstanding issues.
• Updating client information in the firm’s database and researching any missing information
  
  

• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Experienced with Priority ERP software- advantage
• Comfortable conducting phone conversations about sensitive financial matters
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service approach
• Great at following up internally and externally to get issues resolved
• Experience utilizing NetSuite and Salesforce a plus- advantage
• Implementing processes and systems

• Great communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
