Qualifications

1. BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
2. Technical support experience of 2 + years.
3. Python development with a strong advantage in web scraping experience (Scanners & Crawlers, Splash, Scrapy, Requests, Robot Framework, Pandas, etc.).
4. Databases and analytical skills - SQL/NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, and ElasticSearch.
5. BI and CRM tools (Optional) - familiarity with Kibana, Tableau, JIRA, and Zendesk.
