Position Overview:

As a Technical Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing internal tools using Google Apps Scripts combined with artificial intelligence to enhance our sports and entertainment law practice. You will collaborate with our team to create innovative solutions, manage technical projects, and potentially offer these tools to other attorneys. This internship offers a direct pathway to obtaining an O-1A visa for individuals with extraordinary ability in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Apps Scripts and Email Automation:
• Develop and optimize internal tools for automating email workflows and processes using Google Apps Scripts and Gmail integration. This includes automating client communication, task management, and document handling.
• AI Integration for Internal SaaS Tools:
• Utilize AI platforms, such as OpenAI, to develop internal SaaS solutions that streamline legal operations, including data management, client tracking, and automation. Integrate these tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Front-End Development and Technical Solutions:
• Work on front-end development projects to build user interfaces for the tools developed, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of our legal team.
• Project Feedback and Collaboration:
• Review and provide feedback on the projects listed at https://www.innovativetechdev.agency/projects. Collaborate with the team to enhance these tools and identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Lead Management Tools in Recruiting:
• Help develop applications that manage leads in the recruiting industry, focusing on automation, tracking, and optimizing the recruitment process. Your tools will help streamline talent acquisition for our clients.
• Google Workspace Troubleshooting:
• Provide support for technical issues related to Google Workspace, including automating workflows, troubleshooting issues, and building solutions that improve internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate student or recent graduate in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Apps Script and Gmail automation.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI and experience integrating them into tools.
• Proven experience in front-end development and building internal SaaS tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work independently.
• Desire to pursue an O-1A visa by demonstrating extraordinary ability in the technology field.
