Post Silicon Validation – Technical lead

Using just one tag, Nexite's platform provides item tracking and inventory transparency from manufacturing to the customer’s closet, up-to-the-minute live in-store inventory & fitting rooms analytics, secure “Just Go” self-checkout, personalized in-store IoT experience and post-sale tools with a Smart Closet at the customer’s home.

We are looking for a Post Silicon Validation – Technical lead, to become a part of our dynamic HW team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough post silicon validation of ultra-low power analog / RF chip.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (from silicon block specifications) to validate chip performance and functionality.
• Analyze and interpret test results to identify and troubleshoot issues together with the design team
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python.
• Develop scripts and tools to streamline the validation process and improve efficiency.
• Ensure that automated tests are reliable, repeatable, and provide accurate results.
• Manage / technically lead a post silicon validation engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in post silicon validation of analog and RF chips.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation (including controlling the below test equipment)
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
