Chemistry Researcher for R&D Team

Researcher Needed for R&D Team in Leading Manufacturing Company for the Printing Industry -Nir-David area

• Description:
• Conduct research and laboratory experiments to develop innovative coatings for paper sheets in the printing industry.
• Perform literature reviews, examine existing patents, and research competitors to promote technological innovation.
• Develop and adapt new products from concept to final product, including raw material testing and quality control method development.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research and development results.
• Collaborate closely with the laboratory team and support the transition process from development to production.
• Work in a dynamic environment with significant autonomy, under the guidance of the VP of R&D and Innovation.

• Job Requirements:
• • Master's degree in Chemistry/Materials Science - mandatory
• • PhD in Chemistry/Materials Science - significant advantage, prioritized
• • Proven experience of at least 3 years in materials research and development
• • Experience in complex development processes in traditional industries (paper, plastic, rubber) - mandatory
• • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and knowledge of their operation, both analytical and applied
• • Proficiency in English - speaking, writing, and reading
