Resource Manager - Temporary Position

Deloitte - the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services is looking for a Resource Manager.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Resource Manager to help us manage and optimize staffing needs across the organization. This role involves working closely with management, analyzing manpower data, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.

What You Will Do:

• Staff and reassign employees based on changing business needs.
• Collect and analyze data, identify gaps (surplus/shortage of manpower), and present findings to the management team.
• Monitor employee hours, track exceptions, and report issues to management.
• Respond to business needs and inquiries from employees, managers, and partners.
• Handle confidential information with care and manage conflict resolution.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Economics - Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience working with Excel (including complex functions).
• High level of English proficiency - Mandatory.
• Technological orientation and experience working with computer systems.
• Proven experience in producing and analyzing reports.
• Experience working in a global or financial organization - Significant Advantage
• Up to two years of experience in a similar role. - Significant Advantage
