Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Lawyer in the High- Tech department located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for handling employment contracts, labor and employment law issues, representing clients in employment tribunals, and resolving labor disputes for clients in the High- Tech sector.

Qualifications

• Labor Law expertise
• Experience in employment matters relating to V.C investments and M&A transactions
• Highly proficient in legal English
• Experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts
• Knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures
• Skills in resolving labor disputes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
