bondIT is an independent provider of portfolio construction technology and credit analysis for fixed income. It brings together data science, AI, software, and fintech expertise to empower today’s portfolio manager and financial advisors. bondIT has offices in Herzliya (Israel), Berlin, New York and London.

We are looking for a passionate Software Manager to join us on this exciting path and be part of our R&D group in Herzliya, Israel. The role presents huge opportunities for growth in all areas of Software Development.

How you will contribute:

•  Lead and manage growing team of developers and possibly devops
• Own the full development lifecycle from requirement to design, implementation and testing in Agile methodology
• Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams (Product, Designers, Sales, Marketing, and QA)
• Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
• Development of a FinTech start-up, financed by industry-relevant investors and partners

Position Requirements:

 Education:

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years in software design and development
• At least 2 years in a management role
• At least 2 years in Python backend development
• Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Experience with databases, preferably MySQL, ClickHouse, and/or Snowflake
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes

Skills: 

• Strong team player mentality
• Fluent in written and spoken English
