Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer/Architect

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing tech company renowned for its innovative database management tools. This role is ideal for a seasoned DevOps or Platform Engineer who has strong database admin skills, eager to transition into a solutions engineering/architecture role within a dynamic startup environment.

Coming from a CNCF company, or in that landscape is a huge advantage!

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the sales process to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate product efficacy in customer environments.
• Provide post-sales technical guidance and support to customers.
• Assist customers in building robust pipelines and integrations using our tools.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate in our open-source community, providing support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or DBA with a transition into a Sales/Solutions Engineer or customer-focused role.
• Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, including schema management and optimization.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in database management, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
• Excellent presenter cuation and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages.
• Experience with open-source projects and communities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
