Job description:

• Oversight of production staff, ensuring adherence to schedules, compliance with the work instructions and procedures, familiarization with equipment and the production process, and fostering the professional development of staff.
• Ensuring knowledge and compliance with all GMP documents, including conducting quality test evaluations, implementing corrective actions as needed, conducting relevant trainings, and overseeing investigations and anomaly reports.

Education & Experience:

• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences/Biotechnology Engineering/ Biology / Biochemistry / Microbiology - Required
• Previous management experience from the military / industry - Required
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical company / manufacturing plant - a significant advantage
• Experience working according to GMP - an advantage
