We are looking for a talented and highly motivated legal counsel to join our growing Legal department, replacing an attorney during her maternity leave. As our in-house legal counsel, you will be handling the full scope of legal needs and regulatory compliance requirements in a global framework.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal consultancy to various departments and stakeholders across the company
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, vendor agreements, software licenses, professional services contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements, with a focus on compliance and regulatory matters.
• In charge of the company’s corporate matters and compliance.
• Advise on liabilities, legal restrictions, and risks associated with such agreements.
• Advise on compliance, privacy, and data protection issues.
• Work with our HR team on employment-related matters.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required and developed over time.
• You will report directly to the company’s Chief Legal Officer.
  
  

• 3-5 years of legal experience either as in-house legal counsel at a tech company or an associate in a hi-tech team at a top-tier law firm
• Experience with privacy and data protection, compliance and regulation, and commercial matters, as well as employment/HR matters and corporate compliance.
• Knowledge of Israeli privacy laws, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA.
• Knowledge of and experience working on US corporate and employment law issues – an advantage
• English – native speaker level
• Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to establish relationships across the organization
• Business-oriented with a practical mindset
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
• A law degree from a reputable academic institution
• High energy, team player, and strategic thinker, with a positive attitude!
