Full Stack Engineer, Regulated Services

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional with a passion for blockchain technology to join our regulated services team as we attempt to navigate a complex and evolving global regulatory environment.

About The Team

In the regulated services unit at Fireblocks, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and bringing to market software products for our regulated services customers. We work in small, elite, fast-moving teams and we build intuitive, fun, and easy-to-use applications while keeping a world-class security architecture.

What You'll Do

As part of your role, you will be expected to find creative solutions to a variety of logical and visual challenges, working closely with our Product and Design teams to deliver new software systems to our customers.

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the full development lifecycle, demonstrating this by your ability to lead brainstorming, ideation, research, and the development of software features and products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support the software systems for our regulated services customers
• Work directly with product and business teams to iteratively deliver software to production
• Solve challenging technical problems
• Influence the technical direction for regulated services business
• Contribute to team roadmap discussions and planning
• Interact with cross-functional partners from other Fireblocks Departments
• Manage identity and access management (IAM), user management, data security, and product-specific security measures.
• Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are effectively integrated into various business processes.
• Work closely with the SecOps team (and SOC) to make sure all required security logs and events are available for them.
  
  

• 5+ years working as a Full Stack developer
• Experience with NodeJS, React and Typescript
• Experience building customer facing solutions
• Worked on systems where data consistency and availability is required
• Shown technical initiative on previous projects and an interest in being involved from ideation through implementation
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Expertise in the full software development life cycle
• Nice to have: previous experience at a digital asset focused regulated service buisiness
