• Design Intuitive User Interfaces: Create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that streamline communication and collaboration between sales teams and their clients, ensuring the platform simplifies the sales process.
• Data-Driven Design: Develop dashboards and visualizations that present complex sales metrics and customer engagement data in a clear, digestible format for users, empowering them to make informed decisions quickly.
• Enhance the User Experience: Work closely with product and development teams to ensure a seamless user journey, from initial engagement to long-term customer onboarding, keeping the user experience at the forefront of all design decisions.
• Prototype & Iterate: Create interactive prototypes for user testing, quickly iterate based on feedback, and ensure designs are delivering the best experience possible for both sales teams and their clients.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders across the product, sales, and engineering teams to align design efforts with business goals, ensuring a cohesive and well-executed product vision.
• Lead End-to-End Design Process: From wireframes to high-fidelity designs, own the end-to-end design process for key features, such as workspace creation, customer engagement tools, and mutual action plans.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Understand the needs of B2B sales professionals and their clients, translating those needs into actionable UI/UX solutions that drive productivity, improve client collaboration, and streamline deal progression.

• 3-5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms (collaboration tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design for platforms involving data visualization, dashboards, and collaborative workspaces.
• Experience designing solutions that simplify complex processes, particularly in customer collaboration or sales enablement contexts.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with a strong understanding of interaction design and prototyping.
• Proven ability to turn large amounts of data into clear, usable insights through thoughtful dashboard and visual design.
• User testing experience with a strong focus on collecting feedback, iterating, and improving the design process based on user needs.
• Strong communication skills to present design ideas and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
